How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers.

Important Note

Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your active blocklists, focus session history, and subscription details will be irreversibly removed. If you have an active premium subscription, please ensure you cancel it through your app store before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into your account: Open the Onlid app on your device.
  2. Go to Account: Select the "Account" button at top right of app screen.
  3. Select Delete Account: Scroll down to the bottom of your Account settings and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
  4. Confirm Deletion: Once confirmed, your account will be queued for immediate deletion.

Still having trouble?

If you lose access to your device or cannot log in to delete your account, please contact our support team from the email address associated with your account, and we will process the deletion manually.
